Notification System

As a librarian, I need a comprehensive notification system that sends timely reminders to borrowers about due dates, overdue reminders, important system updates, and availability of resources to ensure the efficiency of the borrowing process and borrower engagement.

• The system can automatically send reminder emails or SMS to the borrowers before the book is due to remind them of the upcoming due date.
• If a book is overdue, the system should send an overdue reminder to inform the borrower of the potential overdue fine and the need to return the book.
• For important system updates or notifications, the administrator should be able to send notifications to all borrowers through the system, including information about temporary library closures, service updates, etc.
• The system shall automatically notify borrowers when books booked by them become available for borrowing so that they can come to the library to borrow the books.
• All notifications should be recorded in the system log to track the status of the notification sent and the borrower's response.
